Getting started

• We have new people starting every week so please just turn up on any Monday night and join in the fun.
• Most people come dressed casually, so just wear whatever you're comfortable in.
• Please wear shoes that have a smooth sole as this will allow you to spin more easily. Trainers are not a good idea.
